What are we looking for?
- Demonstrable training in Japanese cuisine (sushi, omakase, kaiseki)
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience as itamae or sushi chef
- Ability to work independently at homes and private events
- Basic personal equipment (yanagiba knives, cutting board, mandoline)
- Good presence and communication skills with clients
- Languages valued: Spanish and English
